Choosing Kayaköy is choosing sides from the start: the side of morning silence over sunbed queues, of sunsets over entertainment programmes, of stone over crowds. Ölüdeniz is fifteen minutes away by car; the sea is there whenever you want it. But the place you come back to in the evening is a village with few lights and a crowded sky. Building a wall in Kayaköy is a craft, and the craft has a language: local stone, deep window niches, the patience of thick walls that keep summer cool and winter warm, the particular way timber speaks to stone. How we host: quiet, privacy, invisible discipline
Our philosophy fits in three words. Quiet: we welcome guests aged 13 and over; the village’s mornings hold nothing louder than cockerels and goat bells, and we add nothing to them. Privacy: your pool is yours, your courtyard is yours; the villas are arranged so that none lives in another’s sightline. Invisible discipline: we believe good service is service you do not notice happening. Breakfast is served between 09:00 and 11:30, at your villa if you wish; housekeeping finishes while you are at the pool; a transfer, a boat day, a Lycian Way walk or a Babadağ plan is arranged with a single message.
